My career started in a bootstrapped startup. We built something real — grew the team, grew the revenue — and reached a successful private equity exit. That experience taught me what it actually takes to build a business from nothing.
From there, I joined a PE-backed mid-sized company across the Asia Pacific. I built the marketing function from scratch — no team, no infrastructure, no playbook. Over three years, we grew ARR to a position that attracted a multinational acquisition.
Then I did it again inside that multinational — building their APAC marketing team and growing the regional pipeline from $5 million to over $100 million. Predictable, scalable, measurable revenue.
"I came to Australia 25 years ago. This country represented a new future, a new horizon for me. That's where the name comes from."
My dad owned small shops. Everything I've learned about building marketing engines at scale — the strategy, the systems, the AI tools — I want to bring to the businesses that need it most. What I wish I could have offered him, if I'd had the knowledge then that I have today.
That's what drives me: seeing hard-working people who are already doing well, and showing them what's possible when they have the right marketing infrastructure behind them.
